You can collect your skis or snowboards from one of 3 ski-shops according to your preference.

When can I collect my skis ?
You can collect yours skis or snowboards the day before your renting from 3.30 PM
for instance : if you have reserved skis for saturday, you can collect them from friday 3.30 PM

How to reserve online ?
Make your choice, follow the registration procedure and then you'll be sent to a secure service in order to make your payment.
Once you paid, you will receive a confirmation-email confirming your order has been recorded. That email will draw up a summary statement of your order and will give the main indications. Print that "mail-ticket". It is a proof of your order

I have reserved some skis yet, I'd like to change them
There are no problems. Just wait and once in Chamonix, come to one of our shops, you'll leave with the skis of your choice.
